Careers at DRP Performance
Application Process:
Thanks for your interest in a career with DRP! Careers may last a short season or a lifetime. Either way, we're always interested in high performance team members. This outlines the basic steps in our hiring process. Warning: We take it slow. It is our responsibility to ensure we're a good fit for you and you're a good fit for us.
The duration for completing this process can be as short as 5 days (rarely ever happens) or as long as 12 months (also rarely ever happens). Typical time is around 30 days.
Step 1: Review the Following Documents

Step 2: Application
To apply, please email your resume to: careers@drpperformance.com
Include a cover letter sharing what led you to DRP, the position you're interested in and how you feel about the documents you read in step 1.
Step 3: Application Review
Give our team time to review your information. You can email careers@drpperformance.com to check on your status.
Once reviewed, we will contact you with the next steps.
Step 4: Discovery Call
15-30 minute zoom or phone call. This is our introduction call.
Step 5: Assessments
We use various online assessments to get a better understanding of your fit within our team. These will be emailed for you to complete.
Step 6: In-person Interview
This is when we typically meet in person the first time. This is an informal meeting for us all to get to know each other, understand the position better, tour our facility, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 7: Second Interview
Since step 6, we have probably been in correspondence with one another via email and phone. The fit check is over and it's time to get serious. During the second interview, we will thoroughly review the role, expectations, compensation, etc. For some positions, this may be a working interview.
Step 8: Offer
We present you a written offer outlining everything we have previously discussed. You take the time to pray on it and verify DRP is where you're led to. You'll then let us know your decision.
